The premises

The premises

Open from 7am to 11pm, the premises are physically divided into two interconnected areas: the restaurant area and the café area. The two spaces have different menus and a range of products designed to respond dynamically to the various requirements for enjoying a gastronomic experience.

Alongside the traditional sit-down lunch or dinner in the restaurant, the café also offers the chance of having a toasted sandwich, a focaccia straight out of the oven or a salad at any time of the day.

The kitchen at Spazio is always busy: the concept of enjoyment is international, the spirit authentically Italian.

Restaurant

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. The gastronomic range speaks of the philosophy of the Spazio model and is inspired by Niko Romito’s principles, offering contemporary Italian cuisine taking its cues from tradition to create a new, current language.

The menu includes some historical dishes from the Spazio format and at the same time is in tune with the place’s culinary traditions.

The wine list combines different facets of the project’s philosophy: selected labels tell the stories behind the people who produce them, and the purity and authenticity of wine as a living thing, with great classics next to niche products.

Spazio Pane e Caffè

Spazio Pane e Caffè is open all day, with different menus at different times, from biscuits to brioche and pastries, from sandwiches and focaccia to soups and flans, with a range encompassing both sweet and savoury and linking them by the fil rouge of bread.

The range, inspired by Spazio’s founding principles, includes only sophisticated and top-quality products.

Classic cocktails are revisited in a contemporary way and are redolent of the perfumes and flavours of the Mediterranean, taking inspiration from Niko Romito’s projects and the concept of the premises. At the bar there is a wide selection of teas, infusions, extracts and herbal teas.
